Forever 21 clearly wants to make their customers loyal by this recent adjustment to their return policy.
The popular clothing store which provides recent fashion trendy clothes for women, plus sized and regular, kids (boys and girls), and men. They’re known for their inexpensive on trend clothing.
They’re also known for their not so friendly return policy. If you’ve ever desired to return something to this clothing chain you’ve ran into the challenge of not being able to receive a refund. The store would only grant store credit to their customers. Welp… Not anymore.
The store has updated their policy to allowing their customers to receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase as long as the original receipt is accompanied along with the tags still attached.
Now you no longer have to re-examine your purchases while shopping at Forever 21.
